1. Visit to the Center of the World and its newest addition, Shanghai.

It has always been one of my dreams to visit this country and through my career I had the opportunity to not only work among the locals in a business environment, but also explore the city, the food and the culture. Due to the wonderful guidance that my friend Lucy offered, I was able to see Shanghai the way locals see it, eat at restaurants that, as a tourist, I wouldn’t have had the chance to go to but also further accumulate a list that may be valuable to any tourist visiting this vibrating city. This visit changed me and I hope that you experience the same when you venture there.

Such a wonderful place! Even though I love wine I really enjoy beer as well and the beer selection at Cafe Hollander surpasses any beer lover’s dream. I recently visited the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden and I was amazed that most of the local tap beers offered in these countries are also offered at Cafe Hollander. Enough said…
