About me
Erica was born in South Africa and moved to the USA in 2000 where she studied at the University of WI-Madison, completing her BBA in Business Administration with a double major in Finance & Accounting. Wine has always been a prominent part of Erica’s life but her true love of wine and its exploration was born in Madison, WI, where she had the opportunity to, for 6 months, taste, review and analyze different wines and grape varietals on a daily basis. Since then there was no turning back. The love of wine has grown to become a part of her life and this love combined with great opportunities to travel and explore the world gave birth to the idea of EricasChoice.com.
Each article in this website is an expression of a personal experience of Erica. “I love to share my love for wine, travel and food with the world and I hope you find as much pleasure in my articles as I have in exploring the world, food and wine and writing about these experiences.”
